Walk About (7.5% ABV): Northeast-style India pale ale brewed with Australian hops and passionfruit for Edge Steak & Bar in the Four Season Miami. Four packs of 16oz cans. Price: $16.

Bad Moon Rising (7.5% ABV): Sour, northeast-style India pale ale brewed with mangos. A collaboration with NOLA Brewing Company (New Orleans, LA). Four packs of 16oz cans. Price: $16.

Later in August (date to be announced)

Power Up Peach IPA (6.5% ABV): Originally brewed for Florida Supercon 2015. American IPA with a blast of fresh peaches balanced with a hoppy and bitter profile. Four packs of 16oz cans. Price: $16.

Pineapple Pop IPA (6.5% ABV): Also originally brewed for Florida Supercon 2016. American IPA brewed with copious amounts of Citra hops and fresh pineapple. Four packs of 16oz cans. Price: $16.

An evening of specialty pizza creations by Miami New Times “Best of Miami” winner, Paulie Gee’s Miami. Each pizza will be paired with one of JWB’s handcrafted ales. Plus, “The Art of Pizza” Q&A with Paulie Gee himself.

Tentative Beer Dinner Menu (subject to change):

1. The Hellboy: Fresh mozzarella, Italian tomatoes, Berkshire hot sopressata, Parmigiana Reggiano, and Mike’s Hot Honey. Beer: Hops 4 Teacher IPA

2. Daniela Spinaci: Shaved Parmigiana Reggiano, fresh mozzarella, sliced fresh garlic, fresh baby spinach, and olive oil. Beer: El Jefe Coconut German Wheat Beer

3. Biscayne Brisket: Fresh mozzarella (not your grandmother’s beef brisket), house pickled red onions, and drizzled BBQ sauce. Beer: Amber Waves Amber Ale

4. Ricotta da Vegan: Vegan tomato sauce, house made vegan fennel sausage, post-oven house-made cashew ricotta dollops, baby arugula, and extra virgin olive oil.

5. Dessert: Nutella Pie. Beer: 24th Street Brown Ale
