Apparently, the originators of Jersey Dawg knew that they were up to something when they began offering their rippers and Jersey-style sliders from their truck. Who would have thought that Jersey-inspired food would be so delectable? Rippers are deep fried sausages made to look like they are literally ripping from the extreme heat of the oil, making for a perfect sausage to use for a hotdog topped with some of the best chili in the South Florida area. The food here is casual and down-to-earth, but that does not make it any less delicious.
