Fans of Hakkasan, the AAA Four Diamond award-winning, signature Chinese restaurant located at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, will have the opportunity to take part in a unique dining experience as the restaurant presents a special menu in celebration of Golden Week, China’s biggest national holiday; a time of greatly heightened travel activity as Chinese embark on long-distance family visits.
Hakkasan at Fontainebleau Miami Beach honors Golden Week – practically all month long – with an upscale traditional Chinese feast, priced at $138 per person, (exclusive of tax and gratuity) from Monday, September 21 through Sunday, October 18, 2015. A minimum of two diners must order the menu.
To start, diners will enjoy the supreme dim sum platter which includes the lychee and lobster dumpling, abalone shumai with caviar, Alaskan King crab dumpling, and the Dover sole dumpling with black truffle; and Crispy Eggplants with dried fish floss. For the main course, specialty items include steamed red snapper in royal supreme sauce with golden enoki; braised Boston lobster in superior stock; wok-fried rib-eye beef with lotus root and black pepper; stir-fry asparagus with morel, ginkgo nut and lotus seed; and fried rice with diced abalone. For an indulgent dessert each guest will receive a bag of golden macaroons.
Hakkasan is located at 4441 Collins Avenue, Fontainebleau Miami Beach on the fourth floor rooftop and is open nightly for dinner beginning at 6PM.
