Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s trademark Chinese restaurant Hakkasan will host a fond dinner pairing with world class luxury tequila brand Clase Azul on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Priced at $349 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the limited attendance experience will feature a decadent four-course menu prepared by Chef Jian Heng Loo and will be complemented by specialty Clase Azul cocktails. The dinner kicks off at 7PM.
This not-to-be-missed warm dinner will take place in Hakkasan’s chic Lin Ling West private lounge, setting the tone for a first-class culinary experience featuring the restaurant’s special take on modern Cantonese cuisine. Recognized to have a deep rich and clean finish, the select cocktails featuring Clase Azul were crafted to pair expertly with the specialty menu, which follows:
