“Toast”ed Coco Loco
Ingredients:
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Toast Coconut Syrup
2 oz. Toast Vodka
2 oz. Coconut Water
Directions:
Shake and strain all ingredients into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and toasted coconut.
Red, White, and Toast
Red Layer
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. strawberry purée
1 oz. Toast Vodka
White Layer
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Toast Vodka
Blue layer
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. blue curaçao
1 oz. pineapple juice
Directions:
Blend ingredients for the red layer and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Blend ingredients for the white layer and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Mix ingredients for the blue layer until combined.
Pour red layer into a tall glass, followed by white layer. Top with blue layer.
Garnish with fresh strawberry and a dehydrated lemon wheel.
