Entrée selections include Florida Red Snapper with bouillabaisse and baby fennel ($36) and Creekstone Farms Delmonico – bone marrow fritter with roasted garlic ($42); accompanied by a side of either Truffle Macaroni & Cheese topped with parmesan bread crumbs ($12) or Succotash – fava bean, corn and red peppers ($12). Guests can then treat themselves to a choice of Chocolate Stout Cake with praline mousse ($10) and Bailey’s ice cream or Tiramisu – coffee and Frangelico cream ($10). Lunch-time guests can feast on BLT’s mouth-watering Burger Board lineup which range from $16 to $26, and are all served with fries. Must-try burgers include the Albatross – grilled filet, ham, smoked bacon, burratta, fired egg, salsa golf on ciabatta; Eagle – burger blend, white cheddar, poached lobster and truffle buttermilk dressing; and The Monster – 100% black angus burger, aged cheddar, crispy shallots, roasted tomatoes, bibb lettuce and burger sauce.
