Jaya at The Setai, helmed by Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena, will be offering a la carte dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with holiday-inspired dishes alongside Jaya favorites like dim sum, tandoor & curry and other signature Asian and Indian specialities. Christmas Specials include Seared Foie Gras ($36) with ginger caramel glaze, sautéed apples and toasted brioche; Kushi Oysters ($32) served with ginger cucumber foam, apple and caviar; Lamb Chops ($52) with truffle mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and lamb jus; Roasted Turkey ($48) with sweet potato confit, green beans, cranberry relish and sage gravy; and a Hot Chocolate Cup for dessert with dark chocolate cake, eggnog mousse, milk, dark chocolate and toasted marshmallow.

The restaurant will also be offering its popular Jazz Brunch on Christmas Day and on Sunday, December 26 from 11:30AM until 4PM. Priced at $155 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and $95 (excluding tax and gratuity) per child aged 5-12, brunch will feature limitless Louis Roederer Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys alongside a lavish buffet of culinary delights. Stations served by restaurant staff include a full raw bar filled with fresh oysters, shrimp and more, rotisserie, Indian and Thai specialties, a selection of grilled meats, dim sum, breakfast favorites, charcuterie and full dessert table with homemade rotating selections.
