Edge, Steak & Bar is celebrating Mother’s Day with a memorable Sunday Brunch inside the Four Seasons Miami Hotel. On Mother’s Day, the restaurant will serve a savory buffet-style brunch with all the classic trappings; as well as interactive fare offered to guests with creatively designed food stations that include: Viva la Mexico with Chilaquiles and Tacos, Cuban Food Truck with roast suckling pig, house-made pickles, Cuban bread and glazed spring ham. Other stations include Edge carving with slow roasted lamb, prime rib and red snapper, Peruvian Seafood, omelet stations and more.
