Miami’s favorite celebrity chef, Giorgio Rapicavoli, will regale golf fans with a special three-day Tartare Bar pop-up inside the Escalade Lounge at the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship, Thursday, March 6-Sunday, March 9, 2014. Savory ($11-16) choices include Salt Roasted Beet with yuzu, spring onion, cucumber and ginger vinegar; Tuna with nuoc cham, peanuts, coconut and cilantro; Poached Lobster with butter ‘aioli’, celery, chive and lemon; and Hand-Cut Beef with black truffle, shallot and Jacobsen Sea Salt. Sweet ($9) items include Apple Tartare with spiced streusel, vanilla ‘pudding’ and maple and Bananas ‘Foster’ with sea salt caramel and whipped Nutella.


New this year to the Cadillac Championship is the Escalade Lounge, an all-new hospitality venue featuring celebrity and player appearances, exclusive Grey Goose drink specials, live DJ performances and celebrity chef tastings by Giorgio Rapicavoli all while overlooking the best views of golf on hole 16. The Escalade Lounge will be open during the Cadillac Championship at Trump Doral (4400 NW 87th Ave), Thursday, March 6 – Sunday, March 9.
