Enjoy Sunday Brunch at Chef Daniel Boulud’s acclaimed db Bistro Moderne with a brunch buffet featuring classic db favorites such as charcuterie, fresh chilled seafood, carving stations including an Easter Ham – db style. Every table will receive an original and highly acclaimed db Burger to share; the burger is a combination of two dishes: on the outside a classic ground sirloin burger, inside a stuffing of tender red wine braised short ribs, foie gras, a mirepoix of root vegetables and preserved black truffle. The homemade toasted parmesan and poppy seed bun is spread with a touch of fresh horseradish, oven roasted tomato confit, fresh tomato, red onions and frisee lettuce.
