Newly appointed Executive Chef Carlos Torres is bringing his culinary flair to the brunch menu for Easter Sunday at 660 at The Angler’s. Along with 660’s tried and true brunch favorites, Chef Torres will also be offering delectable dishes including the New Latin Omelet ($14) bacon, avocado, tomato creole sauce, cheddar cheese; Atlantic Benedict ($14) wilted arugula, smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce, home fries; and the Bistek Al Caballo ($28) 10oz grilled skirt steak, tomato creole sauce, sunny side up egg, fries. Brunch is available from 11am-4pm. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
