The Dutch, award-winning Chef Andrew Carmellini’s modern American bistro, is inviting you and your sweetie pie to enjoy a romantic four-course Valentine’s Day dinner.
For $95 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) couples can share a Seafood Platter with half a dozen oysters, Maine lobster salad, Florida pink shrimp, little neck clams and corvina ceviche, followed by a Truffle Risotto with Perigord black truffles and Grana Padano.
Entrees include a choice of Bone-In Manhattan Steak with rustic potatoes and spicy pimento aioli or Steamed Red Snapper in a spiced lobster broth with crispy yucca.
For dessert, indulge in Gripper’s Chocolate Grail with chocolate and passion fruit, caramelized banana and meringue or Bourbon Bread Pudding with candied almonds, vanilla ice cream and dulce de leche donuts.
