An interview with one of our selected best restaurants in Miami – DIRT

DIRT’s mission is simple and straightforward: to create innovative, delicious, healthy cuisine that you can feel good about putting in your body. DIRT is committed to serving up local, sustainable food with an emphasis on quality ingredients and personal, down-to-earth hospitality. The energetic environment and design complement the menu perfectly – it’s bright, sleek, airy, and uplifting.

DIRT opened in November 2015.

Some of the most popular dishes on the menu:

– Dragon Fruit Bowl ($12) – Made with fresh dragon fruit, banana, pineapple, fresh almond butter, and local wildflower honey blended with house-made almond + Brazil nut mylk, topped with blueberries, banana, kiwi, and house-made granola (house-made paleo / gluten-free granola +2).

– Autumn Plate ($16) – Made with caramelized brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potato-banana mash, shaved vegetables, pomegranate molasses (served with your choice of any sustainable protein)

DIRT has built a strong reputation for being the leader in high-quality seasonal ingredients and chef-driven cuisine in the trendy South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach – located just two short blocks from the white sand beaches of South Beach.  In Spring 2017, DIRT will be opening its second outpost in the burgeoning neighborhood of Brickell – located just across Biscayne Bay, and will open its first pop-up restaurant inside Aventura Mall – Miami’s most visited fashion destination – which is slated to open this month, December 2016.
