During the months of August and September, Chef Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Moderne located in downtown Miami will participate in one of Miami’s biggest food events. On a bi-weekly basis, the Miami Spice menu will change to showcase a mixture of traditional French bistro cooking and contemporary American flavors. During the first two weeks, dishes include Short Rib Ravioli with horseradish, hen of the woods & English peas, Grilled Swordfish with tomato, potato causa & achiote, Coq au Vin with pearl onions, bacon, spätzle & mixed mushrooms, and the New York Strip Steak with fingerling potato, creamed spinach and shallot. For dessert decadent options include the Key Lime Brûlée with blueberry, Italian meringue, ginger cake blueberry and violet sorbet and the Dark Chocolate Pave with peppermint chocolate mousse, chocolate biscuit coffee & cardamom ice cream.

Enjoy these dishes from Chef Jason Pringle while you can and check the Miami Spice website every two weeks for the new menu.
