Guests can choose from an array of appetizers including Angelo’s house appetizer – prime cured Italian meats, marinated vegetables and assorted cheeses ($16) and pan fried meat balls served over roasted red peppers and shaved pecorino Romano ($13). Pasta selections include risotto carnaroli with calamari in garlic oil and black squid ink sauce ($16) and tortellini emiliani – veal tortellini with mushrooms, peas and prosciutto in a Reggiano cream sauce ($19). The restaurant will serve delicious entrees such as braised oxtail in a thick tomato and Chianti wine sauce ($26) and spring rack of lamb cooked scottadio-style with crispy polenta and balsamic reduction ($28).
