Crema for Tacos

Crema For Tacos

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Whisk together the sour cream and heavy cream. Add in the salt and lime juice and whisk well. Allow to sit at room temperature for 2 hours, ideally overnight. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
