CityPlace Doral to Host Kiddos Magazine’s 9th Anniversary

CityPlace Doral is thrilled to celebrate Kiddos Magazine’s 9th Anniversary with its Back-to-School event on Saturday, Aug. 6.
Guests will enjoy a fun-filled day of family-friendly activities and entertainment at CityPlace Doral’s Fountain Plaza. Activities will include arts and crafts, face painting, science and art projects, a reading corner, performances, character meet and greet, food, goodie bags, music, raffles, a hula hoop contest, a toddler zone and much more.
Children attending will receive school supplies and backpacks provided by exhibitors and community partners. Parents will have the opportunity to learn about useful resources to get their children ready for the 2022-23 school year. Quantities are limited and while supplies last. Child must be present to receive a backpack.
The event is presented by Dade County Federal Credit Union and will feature a “Saving is Fun” arts and craft station. Associate sponsor Nicklaus Children’s Hospital will present the face painting station and the entertainment sponsor Storm Tight Windows will present the hula hoop contest.
