Sexy Fish’s Chocolate & Wine was designed to capture the aromas and textures of both wine and chocolate, but in an unexpected way. An infusion under nitrogen pressure, means that the Cacao Nib infused Vodka has all the light aromatics, without any of the bitterness, and a slight sweetness due to being distilled from rice. The Sauternes is fat-washed with Cacao Butter, to give not only delicious flavor but again add to the silkiness of the feeling in your mouth. This drink is for the serious, martini drinker. This is a silky and strong drink that delivers a unique experience on the palate whilst offering sweet aromas from the infusions.
