LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA, Fla. – (December 16, 2013) Chatham House is offering guests a celebratory New Year’s Eve menu.
A four-course dinner will be served on New Year’s Eve for $75.00 which includes choice of Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes or Prosciutto and Melon as an appetizer; Lentil Soup or choice of Braised Red and Golden Beet Salad; Caesar Salad or Mozzarella Caprese Tower; and a choice of Entrées, Rack of Lamb served with Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus; Macadamia Crusted Sea Bass served with Rice Pilaf and Mixed Vegetables; Surf & Turf – Rock Lobster Tail and Filet Mignon with fresh vegetable of the day; or Chef’s Special Stuffed Veal with Spinach, Mushrooms and Artichokes in Cream Sauce served with pasta or vegetable of the day. For dessert Italian Cassata Cake filled with Cannoli Cream; Tiramisu or Pistachio Pound Cake and Pistachio Ice Cream will be served with coffee or tea.
Guests will receive a glass of complimentary champagne for a festive midnight toast and can enjoy live entertainment from 7:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Chatham House is known for its fresh food, specialty cocktails, excellent service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant serves a variety of menu specialties including fresh local fish and Angus beef in a New England-inspired seaside setting. An intimate private dining area is also available for holiday parties, special events, larger dinners or corporate meetings.
