Le Chick is launching a unique burger in celebration of Valentine’s Day during the month of February, the “Valentina” Burger (Red brioche bun, 8oz patty, kosher salt/pink peppercorn rub, half marinated (curry-ponzu) chicken thigh, arugula, and damask rose petals mix dressing with champagne vinaigrette, pickled cherry marmalade, pickled mustard seeds & 1oz classic Swiss fondue. Guests can wash it down with two special craft cocktails, “Be Mine” (Santa Teresa Rum, Lime Juice, Hibiscus Cordial, Prosecco, Mint, Angostura Bitters $16) & “I’m Yours” (Aberfeldy 12 yr Scotch, Strawberry infused Averna, Amaro Lucano Sweet Vermouth, with Peychaud Bitters $16) that will be available all day for everyone to enjoy!
If you’re keen on a Valentine’s Day plan that’ll really impress that special somebody of yours over, look no further than the special pre-fixe “Le Date Night” at Le Chick. To start, guests will indulge in Rockefeller Oysters and French Style Veggie Carpaccio followed by a choice of Sous Vide Cod Fish or Grilled Duck Magret. The night will end with a sweet grande finale of a Chocolate Jar of Love. The menu is priced at ($95 pp) and will be available as a pre-fix or individually accompanied by a complimentary toast.
