The Rusty Pelican, Miami’s legendary waterfront dining destination renowned for its amazing views, will be offering an “above & beyond” Easter brunch served in its plush indoor ballroom. The festive menu consists of an exceptional variety of food stations including “The Carvery”- Ancho chili rubbed prime rib, sliced pork loin, “The Raw Bar” – Poached Florida gulf shrimp, Crab claws, “The Ceviche & Tartare” – Fresh scallop passion fruit tiradito, salmon and tuna tartare, “Sweet Things” – chocolate truffles, key lime pies, and many more. The menu also includes all you can drink Bloody Mary’s, mimosas, and Champagne, along with lively entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
This special Easter brunch menu will be offered by reservation only on Sunday, April 8th, 2012 during the hours of 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and will be priced at $75 per adult and $32 per child ages 4-11 while children ages 3 and under eat free; tax and gratuity not included.
