Celebrate Christmas family-style with a Pan-Latin Feast at Toro Toro, chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval’s acclaimed Pan-Latin steakhouse inside the InterContinental Miami. On Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24 beginning at 6PM, and Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25 from 12PM to 8PM, Toro Toro is featuring a prix-fixe Christmas menu, created by Executive Chef Jean Delgado, for $79++ per person. The feast begins with choice of appetizer including Pork Carnitas Robata with plantain tortillas, confit onions and cilantro sauce; Octopus Tiradito complemented by Botija aioli, jalapeño avocado crema and cilantro oil; Truffle Caesar featuring baby gem lettuce, Manchego crisps and truffle dressing; Heirloom Tomato & Avocado Carpaccio with herb ricotta, pickled red onion and pistachio vinaigrette; and Acorn Squash Fritter served with aji amarillo aioli, parmesan and rosemary. The entrée course, which is served family-style, features a choice of protein with options including Double Bone-In Pork Chop served with aji amarillo mojo sauce; Grilled Tiger Prawns with black garlic gremolata; and Bone-in Short Rib complemented by Kabayaki sauce. For an additional $135, guests can upgrade the protein to the restaurant’s iconic Australian Wagyu Tomahawk. The entrée course will be complemented by family-style servings of coconut basmati rice, roasted maitake mushrooms with ponzu sauce and kimchi Brussels sprouts. The decadent feast will finish with dessert featuring a choice between Black Forest Cake served with cherry compote and chocolate ganache and Piña Colada Rum Cake with ice cream. For children ages 12 and under, Toro Toro will offer a kids menu with a choice of Chicken Fingers with fries, Mac & Cheese or Mini Cheeseburger with fries, for $39.
