Specialty Prix Fixe Menu: $40
Soup: Vichyssoise with Lobster
Entrée: Citrus poached Salmon with Parsnip Puree, Lemon Vinaigrette
Dessert: Raspberry-Chocolate Galette with Chocolate Sorbet
Specialty Cocktails:
La Revolution: $14
Ingredients: Sapphire Gin, Champagne, Blueberry Compote and Lemon
¾ oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ oz. Blueberry Compote
Juice of Half a Lemon
Directions: Combine all but champagne into a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and pour into champagne flute, top with champagne and garnish with 2-3 blueberries on skewer
Marchons (March On): $14
Ingredients: Hennessey VS, Xante Pear Cognac, Lemon, Rock Candy Syrup and Crème de Cassis
1 oz. Hennessey VS
1 oz. Xante, Pear Cognac
Juice of one whole lemon
½ oz. Rock Candy Syrup
½ oz. Crème de Cassis
Directions: Combine 3ice and shake to chill. Strain over fresh ice in Collins glass and garnish with a pear wedge, blueberry and raspberry flag.
French Press: $14
Ingredients: Grey Goose Vodka, Lemon and Watermelon
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Watermelon
Juice of Half a Lemon
1 ½ oz. Grey Goose Vodka
½ oz. Rock Candy Syrup
Directions: Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake well to chill and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a watermelon ball on a skewer
