Bodegas Montaivo Wilmot – Wines Of Spain At The Versace Mansion

Bodegas Montaivo Wilmot is a family owned boutiQue winery, located in the
Natural Park named “Laguna de Ruidera”. Its special soil specifications and
climate conditions, transmits the special character that make BMW wines
uniQue in their category. The winery was created in the XlXth century as
part of the Order of Malta Organization and was reborn in year 2000 by the
Montaivo Wilmot family matching the oldest traditions with the most
modern state of the art techniques.

All of our wines are produced with grapes carefully manicured from our
own vineyards situated in the estate called “Los Cerrillos”. “Los Cerrillos” is
also where our family structure produces typical Manchego 100^ raw sheep
milk, rated as one of the best Manchego cheeses in Spain, and runs a
country style ten room hotel where it is delightful to taste the regional
cuisine matched with our own cheeses and wines.

All of our wines are produced from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Syrah, Chardonnay and Verdejo grapes grown in our own estate vineyards,
and have received good ratings and won medals all around the globe
(Madrid, Berlin, Brussels, Hong Kong, New York…) and produce high Quality,
small production wines, while keeping very competitive prices.
