September Miami Spice Line-Up features Restaurant’s Entire Menu

WHO/WHAT: MiMo gem, Blue Collar, will offer diners one more reason to visit throughout the duration of the annual Miami Spice Restaurant Program this September. For the promotion’s second month, the casual neighborhood spot will make its entire menu available for Spice-goers.
