For Valentine’s Day, enjoy a romantic repast in the stylish dining room or dine alfresco on the patio kissed by ocean breezes at BLT Steak at the Betsy South Beach. Special selections from the Blackboard Menu are offered a la carte, or for $70 choose three courses and a side dish. Regular a la carte menu will be available as well. Tax and gratuity not included. First Course: Peekytoe Crab Salad – radish, ginger marinated shiitake mushrooms, miso dijonnaise ($18) or Crispy Pork Belly – chicory salad, confit tomato puree and pickled white peaches ($16).
Second Course: Jackman Ranch Wagyu Coulotte – seared foie gras, pomme macaire, and red wine sauce($42) or Butter Poached Lobster – smoked oyster, lemongrass nage, and chili oil ($45).
Side Dishes: Cauliflower Gratin – black truffle and parmesan ($12) or Smoked Brussels Sprouts -Vidalia onion and green tomato bacon relish ($10).
Dessert: Chocolate Truffle Torte – hazelnut dacquoise and Grand Marnier ”kisses” ($10) or Strawberry Pavlova – passionfruit ice cream with sangria consomme ($10).
