Introducing 5@5 Happy Hour at BLT Prime
Since opening its doors in March 2014, BLT Prime has become a revered local hangout, known for its sizzling steaks and breathtaking views. The veranda sits on the world-renowned Blue Monster golf course which sets the tone for dinner after a round of golf, or for an intimate date night as the sun sets. Effective immediately, BLT Prime is introducing the 5@5 Happy Hour, featuring five drinks and five appetizers offered at $5 at the restaurant’s bar every Monday through Friday, from 5 – 6:30 p.m.
BLT Prime’s Happy Hour selection of handcrafted cocktails includes the Lemon Drop Martini, a blend of Citron Vodka, Cointreau and lemon juice and Sunset Coast with Cîroc Peach Vodka, cranberry and orange juice. Oenophiles can also choose from red and white wine selections such as Pinot Grigio (Kris, Friuli-Venezia, Italy), Chardonnay (La Terre, Sonoma, California), Red Blend (Villa Maria, New Zealand) and Malbec (Urban Uco, Argentina).
Happy Hour wouldn’t be complete without some delectable bites by Chefs Dustin Ward and Paul Niedermann. Priced at $5, guests can nosh on their choice of two Spiced Beef Tenderloin Skewers with cilantro vinaigrette, Prawn and Avocado Slider Duo with tarragon aioli, Braised Short Rib grilled cheddar sandwich, four Parmesan Arancini with basil pesto and Chef’s selection of three oysters on the half shell.
BLT Prime is open daily for breakfast 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.; lunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; a limited afternoon menu 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and dinner 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Valet parking is available at a discounted price of $5 for all restaurant patrons.
