Celebrate La Nuit en Rosé at BLT Prime on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 7PM with an exclusive wine dinner featuring an eclectic selection of pours of the varietal that is a warm weather favorite. Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has prepared a menu perfectly matched to the line-up of wines, nicknamed by fans as “summer water” for its suitability to seasonal temperatures; especially those of a sultry South Florida summer.
Narrated by Republic Distributings’ Luxury Portfolio Manager, Maykel Hernandez, the dinner will feature an inspired five-course dinner matched to the versatile flavors of the wines, which have provenance in Europe, USA and South America. A cocktail reception will kick off the festivities in the BLT Prime bar and lounge at 7PM, followed by the dinner itself in one of the restaurant’s reserved private dining rooms.
