BLT PRIME MIAMI WINE & SPIRITS DINNER SERIES CONTINUES IN AUGUST WITH CURATED JACK DANIEL’S COLLECTION
Come enjoy a night with Jack! On Friday, August 12, 2016 at 7PM, BLT Prime Miami will continue its Wine & Spirits Dinner Series presenting a Jack Daniel’s Collection Dinner with an exclusive evening of exceptional whiskey and delicious food. BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward will lead guests through a night of flavors marrying classic American steakhouse fare with coveted whiskey options from renowned Tennessee based Jack Daniel’s distillery.
The evening will feature a curated whiskey pairing list which includes the award-winning, Woodford Reserve Bourbon, a benchmark of super-premium bourbons; along with the superbly smooth and rich, Gentleman Jack, charcoal-mellowed twice – once before it goes in the barrel and again after it has fully matured.
Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner featuring flavors that perfectly complement the select whiskey being presented. A cocktail reception will kick off the festivities in the BLT Prime bar and lounge, followed by the dinner itself in one of the restaurant’s reserved private dining rooms.
