Wynwood Brewing Co. Tap Takeover at 180 Degrees at The DRB

Wynwood Brewing Co. is hosting a tap takeover at 180 Degrees on Tuesday, August 18th from 5-11 PM to showcase 7 craft beers.  One of them will be a special concoction designed by Chef Ryan Martin and the local brewery made just for 180 Degrees.  The unveiling will take place at 7 PM and beer is limited.  Chef Martin has not given any hints to the flavor but, with his "gastronomy redefined" concept we can only imagine it will be something out of this world.

We also recommend or guests to arrive between 3 and 7 PM for happy hour to try sharing plates (under $10) like Angus Sliders, Snow Crab Egg Rolls, Candied Bacon, Maduros y Queso Frito and Fried Chicken Sliders topped with jicama apple slaw, jalapeno and horseradish garlic aioli.  Beer and wine are offered at half-price.

180 Degrees at The DRB

180 degrees is a genuine gastropub located in the heart of Downtown Miami serving more than 150 craft beers.  Since September 2014, classically French trained, Chef Ryan Martin has taken over the former Domestic Republic of Beer introducing his philosophy known as “Gastronomy Redefined.”  His cuisine is crafted with simple ingredients however, the tedious techniques include sous vide, dehydration, smoking and molecular gastronomy.  Earlier this year, 180 Degrees also received the ‘Best of Award’ from Miami New Times for their 50/50 Burger named “Best Burger.”
