The enhanced culinary experience, curated by Executive Chef Jean Delgado, features action stations for the whole family including a Salad Bar, Traditional Breakfast Station with favorites like omelets, waffles and assorted fruit; Cevicheria Bar, Rodizio de la Parilla Station featuring prime rib eye, flank steak, pork carnitas, Argentinian chorizo and more; Seafood Station offering fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail, sushi and crab cakes; and a Dessert Bar with sweets such as Bananas Foster and a variety of Pan-Latin cakes and specialities.
