The Miami Design District hotspot will be offering a special three-course pre fixe Sunday Brunch menu in celebration of Easter on the spacious outdoor patio as well as in the dining room. The menu will be offered from 11:30 AM until 4:30 PM on Sunday, April 17 and will be priced at $130 per person excluding tax and gratuity. For the first course, guests may choose from Spring Rabbit Terrine with baby greens, vegetables and mostarda; Chilled Pea Soup with mint and parmesan emulsion; or White Asparagus with Ōra King Salmon, Meyer lemon and dill. The main course options include Roast Leg of Lamb with crispy potatoes, pea coulis and carrots; Pan Seared Ōra King Salmon with grilled asparagus and spring onion and herb hollandaise; and Mushroom Cavatelli with petite allium, spring peas and beans. Second course dishes are paired with sides including Ginger and Honey Glazed Carrots; Salt Cod Croquettes with Romesco Sauce; and Haricot Vert and Warm Shallot Vinaigrette. For dessert, guests will have the choice between Mango Crémeux with light lemongrass chiboust and pistachio sablé; Dark Chocolate, Caramel Sabayon; or Plant-Based Ice Cream.
