The celebrated restaurant by the late Joël Robuchon will be offering a delectable Easter Sunday Tasting Menu this year from 6PM-9:30PM. Priced at $225 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the menu will feature five courses of L’Atelier favorites alongside seasonal dishes. Guests will begin their meal with the restaurant’s signature amuse buche Foie Gras Royale layered with parmesan foam and essence of Maury ″Vieilles Vignes.″ The meal will then continue with LES POIREAUX – leeks in vinaigrette with smoked salmon and eggs mimosa; LE FLÉTAN – wild caught halibut with squid ink risotto and corn-saffron emulsion; LE RAVIOLI AUX FÈVES – fava bean-ricotta ravioli, English pea and parmesan cappuccino; and L’AGNEAU DU COLORADO – Colorado lamb saddle, spiced lamb sausage with green chard, crisp celery salad and hazelnut. For dessert, guests will enjoy LA CAROTTE – Easter Carrot cake served with a coconut sorbet. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made on RESY or on the restaurant’s website.
