Amalia, Miami Beach’s newest eatery serving up seasonal Mediterranean and Italian inspired fare, is inviting diners to celebrate Easter with a spectacular a la carte Sunday Brunch certain to please every palate. Diners can indulge in a variety of sweet treats and savory eats by Argentine Executive Chef Hernan Griccini. Standouts include a selection of pastries such as cinnamon rolls, croissants and pain au chocolat; french toast - caramelized brioche, cinnamon sugar, chantilly cream, berries; Valencia omelette - Serrano ham, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, asparagus, served with roasted potatoes and greens; Shakshuka - poached eggs with aubergine stew and spicy tomato, tahini, served with focaccia; Smoked Salmon Bagel; and eggs benedict - roasted ham, creamed kale, English muffin, hollandaise. Red and White Sangria, Mimosas, and Bubbles are also available during brunch. Sunday Brunch is served from 11AM-2:30PM.
