Versailles Cuban Restaurant

Have I ever told you that this place is quite unique but I usually try to avoid big corporations. Well one time I had to go in because the travel channel called me to ask my opinion on what Cuban restaurants should they feature, and although I mentioned the ones that I usually go to; El Exquisito and El Pub Restaurant, they wanted me to know about Versailles.

So I packed my camera and head to Versailles. I always see this place from the outside, it looks to me like a Roman empire, then again I wouldn't be able to tell you exactly what elements make a Roman empire, but Versailles has these white columns all lined up in the front and it makes me feel like they are trying to say "here, we are the best"

So I walked in and tried many dishes, in fact, my parents were visiting that same week so I went twice in a week. We tried almost every item on the menu, I mean, I am a foodie big time, so imagine, my mother is that multiplied by a million - so we ordered pretty much everything.

Verdict; the place is a cultural experience, I loved it, and actually have been back several times but their food is nothing to hang yourself over.
