This Valentine’s Day, forget going “dutch” at Chef Andrew Carmellini’s wildly popular restaurant, The Dutch, at the W South Beach Hotel. Recently named “Best New Restaurant 2012” by Miami New Times, diners looking to share an unforgettable evening over American cuisine and a vibrant ambiance need look no further.
The Dutch will be offering a special Valentine’s Day three-course prix-fixe menu available for dinner on Thursday, February 14, 2013. Priced at $69 per person; tax and gratuity not included.
For starters, guest can get cozy over their choice of first course offerings such as Roasted Beets - with goat cheese, candied pistachio and grapefruit or Tuna Tartare - with harissa, Israeli cous cous and Greek yogurt. Second course options include Crispy Branzino - with roasted cauliflower, Concord grapes and pine nuts or Guinness-Braised Short Ribs - with Yukon golds and roasted Brussels sprouts.
For an intimate ending, guests can enjoy sharing their choice of a seasonal dessert.
In addition to the prix-fixe menu, The Dutch will also have their a la Carte menu available for guests to enjoy.
