Trapiche Room Valentine's Day

JW Marriott Miami’s Executive Chef, Alex Paz, invites couples to the Trapiche Room to enjoy an exquisite Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu featuring Beausoleil Oysters, Hudson Valley Duck, Coho Salmon poached in Sumantra honey butter, and more. The delectable experience finalizes with a decadent chocolate soufflé. Available from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 14th, the romantic dinner is priced at $80 per person with the option of wine pairings for an additional $25. For those who’d rather stay in, the hotel’s Intermezzo Restaurant will offer a Valentine’s Day To-Go option. The menu, created by the JW Marriott Miami’s award-winning culinary team, offers delectable options including Vanilla/Ginger Glazed King Salmon and Sumatra Coffee Crusted Prime Ribs. Packages are priced at $80 for two individuals, $150 for four, and $200 for eight.  Orders must be made by February 12th.  Guests must pick up their orders on February 14th at Intermezzo  before noon.
