Ring in the New Year with at StripSteak by Michael Mina with a three-course prix-fixe menu at Fontainebleau’s modern American steakhouse. First seating is from 6PM – 7:30PM and is priced at $175 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. To start, diners can enjoy a choice of Beet Root Mille-feuille, Tuna Tartare, Parisian Gnocchi, Foie Gras Brulee, Butter Poached Maine Lobster. Following, diners can choose between Black Sea Bass, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Roasted Lamb Chop or Prime Rib Cage. For dessert, choose from the Manjari Chocolate Custard or Pistachio Nougat Glace. The second seating is from 7:30PM – 10:30PM with a four-course prix-fixe menu for $250 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Menu includes a choice of Tuna Tartare, Endive Salad or Beet Root Mille-feuille. Second course options are Parisian Gnocchi, Foie Gras Brulee or Butter Poached Maine Lobster. Mains feature a choice of Black Sea Bass, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Roasted Lamb Chop or a Prime Rib Cap. For dessert, choose from the Manjari Chocolate Custard or Pistachio Nougat Glace.
