The Local Craft Food & Drink continues with Roast & Toast Boozin' Brunch Series

The Local Craft Food & Drink, applauded for their use of locally-sourced ingredients, has partnered with Wynwood Brewing Company, Miami's first craft production brewery, to create a tantalizing menu for the May edition of their Roast & Toast Boozin' Brunch Series, taking place Sunday, May 3 at noon. Inspired by the creative brews made by the company's artisans, Chef Phil Bryant's four-course menu features dishes worthy of South Florida's most discerning palates, and is expertly paired with specially crafted Wynwood Brewing Company beer, all priced at $60 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuities. Initiated as a part of the revamping of their menu/concept led by locally revered chef Phil Bryant, formerly of Swine Southern Table & Bar, The Roast & Toast Boozin’ Brunch Series welcomes a different outsider monthly, whether farmer, brewery, distillery or winery, to enhance the restaurant’s ever-changing menu of American fare with local ingredients.

The Local Craft Food & Drink, located at 150 Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, serves lunch Monday through Friday from noon-3 p.m. Dinner is served Sundays from 4 p.m.-10 p.m., Monday through Wednesday from 4:30 p.m.-11 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m.-1 a.m. An extended Happy Hour is offered Monday through Friday from noon-7 p.m. with light bites offered between lunch and dinner service.
