Really pleased with the tour. The food was of good quality and the quantity definitely substituted for a meal. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about South Miami beach. Would definitely do another tour when next in town.

Loved it!! Our guide was great. Very informative and enthusiastic. We got to try some restaurants we would have never thought to go in. Everyone got to sample foods that were different than the regular fare, even coffee and dessert. Loved looking at all the art deco in South Beach. Her little stories on what went on years ago were very interesting. Great way to end it on Espanola Way...So much fun...Took the tour in Chicago and was pleasantly surprised that this one lived up to that. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a lunch time food tour of South Beach. It was well organized, restaurant choices were varied and all the food and samplings were excellent. Also the tour guide added some local Architectural history of South Beach. We went back later in our vacation and had dinner at one of the restaurants we visited.

My wife and I are from northern Alberta Canada and we were celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary. I had booked this tour on-line some time ago and was curious what it would entail. We took the tour with our very energetic tour guide and 2 other couples. Our tour guide was very informative of the cultures, architecture and cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will recommend it to others. Thank you

This culinary tour is a well presented introduction to some good South Beach restaurants. The value of the food alone is nearly worth the cost of the tour. The tour is well paced and stays just long enough at each stop. They also provide a vegetarian option at each location, just let them know when you book the tour. Vegan options at some locations would have made the tour even better, but there is little incentive for the restaurants to offer that. There is a variety in the food offerings too, so you don't eat different versions of the same thing. Because of the short time there we did not get to go back to any of the restaurants, but would do so if in Miami Beach again. Also, our tour leader did an excellent job and was enthusiastic when telling us about the food and local architecture. You will not regret taking this tour.

We had an excellent evening tasting various cuisines across South Beach. We have friends going to Miami in April and we will definitely be recommending this tour!

I stumbled upon the tour by accident by searching for "food tour" and "miami" via Google. After reading a few reviews off Yelp and being a "foodie", I decided that I should at least try it and learn more about the various foods offered by the SoBe area. Our tour was blessed with a great presenter and not only did she have a wealth of knowledge about the food but I particularly enjoyed her experience and company as we visited some of the historical areas near downtown SoBe. One of my favorite highlights of the tour was the 'media noche' lechon at the Tudor 🙂 We absolutely loved not only the rich flavors but also the presentation--the only downside was the danish (I would've expected something more Cuban). I also enjoyed the desert at the end with home made gelato ice cream--I would've bought a couple of gallons to take home if not for the problem of getting it past the airport security and keeping it frozen enough to last the 5 hour trip back to California. Weather wise, we were fortunate to have been blessed with great weather (it was about 2 or 3 days before Hurricane Sandy started bearing down on the eastern part of the US). Overall I would highly recommend the tour--it was great food and definitely you learn a great deal about Miami / South Beach. Thank you for a great experience.

Very interesting food in a relaxed and fun manner plus some history on South Beach. We would not have found some of the places we went to on our own.

Our tour guide Grace was very welcoming, informative, and fun. She took us on a tour of Miami Beach that made several stops to sample local food that represented the diversity of the area; from molecular gastronomy to the best Cuban pork I've ever had. Along the way she shared stories and history about the area, making this much more than just a culinary tour. You have to be okay with walking quite a bit, but we never felt rushed. The price is a deal for the amount of food and beverage, plus the tour itself. For less than you'd pay for a sit down meal at a good restaurant you get to see Miami Beach through the lens of its cuisine.

Just back from a wonderful weekend in South Beach with a group of girlfriends. I loved every minute of the vacation, but we all agreed that the highlight for all of us was the food tour. Our guide was excellent- informative, extremely knowledgable, and fun. The tour was paced perfectly, and we felt like we came away better educated about many different types of cuisine, as well as South Beach history, culture and architecture. And the food was delicious! Will unquestionably recommend this to anyone I know who is visiting South Beach, and am trying to plan a trip back to Miami so we can try the Little Havana tour!
