Two-time James Beard Award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini and his partners Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom, notable for New York City’s critically-acclaimed restaurants The Dutch and Locanda Verde, join Miami impresarios Karim Masri and Nicola Siervo (Quattro, Sosta, The Wall and W Living Room Bar) to open a Miami Beach outpost of the roots-inspired American restaurant in November 2011 at the W South Beach Hotel & Residences. The 170-seat indoor-outdoor dining destination will serve a variety of fresh fish, shellfish, choice meats, local produce and the best of what’s around. This season, The Dutch promises to be one of the area’s hottest dining and drinking establishments.
The Dutch management is seeking full-time applicants for a number of positions including servers, food runners, bussers, baristas, bartenders, barbacks and hostesses.
Open calls are scheduled to take place Monday, October 10; Tuesday, October 11; and Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM at the W South Beach Hotel & Residences' “Talent” Entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must enter at the 23rd Street entrance on the north side of the hotel and notify the security office that you are present for Open Call interviews with The Dutch.
