Treat Your Madre to Classic Italian Items on Sunny South Beach
On Sunday, May 11, Lorenzo at the Redbury’s weekly brunch will add Italian favorites in honor of Mother’s Day. Moms and Nonni can feast on seasonal items including Grilled Spring Ramps and Eggs served sunny side up with romesco sauce or Strawberry Italian Toast made with Italian-style French bread, planch-seared strawberries and a balsamic maple syrup. Cozy up and share sides like Grilled Asparagus and Tamworth Bacon. If you want to toast your biggest fan, Lorenzo will be featuring a Bottomless Bellinis along with flowers for all mothers. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
