Dolce Italian: Miami’s most buzzed about eatery at the recently renovated Gale South Beach, Dolce Italian, is celebrating the matriarch of the family with the fabulous Sunday Family Dinner. Crafted by Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato, the locally sourced and house-made dishes will include antipasti selections of Fritto Misto - calamari, shrimp, garlic aioli; and Dolce Meatballs - creamy polenta, parmigiano; and a variety of pasta plates, including Orccehiette Bolognese - braised beef, veal & pork ragu; Spaghetti Pomodoro - San Marzano tomatoes, basil, parmigana; and Fonduta Ravioli - crispy speck, poached pears. The authentic Italian feast continues with secondi options of Seared Branzino - butternut squash, spinach, Sicilian pesto; NY Strip - sliced, roasted fingerling & Cipollini onions; and Roasted Chicken with Brussels sprouts and bacon. For dessert, show mom love with sweet treats like Home-made Tiramisu - lady fingers, cocoa powder; and Budino - salted caramel, chocolate chip cookie. Diners can savor the dishes, served family style, and priced at just $35 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, or $50 with unlimited wine. The Mother’s Day repast will begin at 4 p.m.; minimum of four (4) participating diners required. Dolce Italian’s regular dinner menu will also be available.
