The core functionality of the app is balanced by a spirit of design, mixology and locally-inspired fun, enhancing the SLS Hotels point of differentiation in the market. Developed by leading hospitality software platform Runtriz, the app is downloadable free of charge on iPhones, Androids, and also runs on all SLS Hotel South Beach in-room iPads.

Features of the SLS Hotel South Beach app include:

 “Shake a Drink” – Tap the “Shake a Drink” button to stir up a killer cocktail in the comfort of your Philippe Starck-designed room. Guests can raid the mini bar and stir up their own cocktail from the comfort of their room, or head downstairs and let the mixologists shake things up!

 “Bring Me Bubbles” – Guests can rush order Champagne, ranging from a $50 Avinyo Cava to a $148 Lanson Ivory Label Demi-Sec Champagne, to be delivered to their rooms in less than 20 minutes.

 “Perfect Day in South Beach” – Guests at SLS Hotel South Beach can take advantage of the expert concierge team, who have created “Perfect Day in South Beach” sample itineraries from Lenny Kravitz and more, which provide detailed information on local Miami attractions, South Beach weather, as well as print traveler’s boarding passes.

Guests are informed of the app prior to check-in via their reservation confirmation letter that is sent to them electronically. This is the perfect way to enhance the extraordinary experience of staying at the SLS in South Beach.
