The Little Lighthouse Foundation's May 6th Adopt-A-Meal Program will be hosted by Chef Ralph Pagano of Alba Seaside Italian Restaurant at the Ronald McDonald House. Renowned Italian Chef Ralph Pagano joins forces with The Little Lighthouse Foundation to offer an authentic Italian meal for families and children residing at the Ronald McDonald House while a family member undergoes treatment at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Chef Pagano will prepare three mouthwatering dishes from Alba Seaside Italian's menu including Mozarella En Carroza Sandwiches; Anipasto Piu Mosso; Fresh Cavatelli with artichoke hearts; and Sweet Florida Tomato’s and Goat Cheese.
The Ronald McDonald House is a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to helping local children live happier, healthier and more productive lives by supporting health care and medical research programs, education and the arts, and civic and social programs.

The Little Lighthouse Foundation seeks, identifies and provides support to children and their families who suffer from educational, financial, and medical hardships. This support comes through the deployment of volunteers and funds to programs run by LLF partners, along with LLF’s own programming.
