Fried chicken is a hot item in the country at the moment, and Miami is celebrating the launch of a cookbook celebrating this dish with a bang. Written by Lee Schrager, the father of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, Fried & True: 50 Recipes for America's Best Chicken and Sides is an ode an extensive amount of restaurants serving fried chicken not only on a national level, but worldwide as well. There will be live music, 5 different samples offered, an opportunity to chat with Schrager, and all attendees will leave with a signed copy of the book.
