Offering an unparalleled approach focused on regionally influenced fare, Ocean2000 is led by Executive Chef Todd Lough, who blends local produce and character into a new, refined menu.
Bringing a vast knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industries to the table, Chef Todd Lough joined the Pelican Grand team in April of 2012. During his time at Ocean2000, he has revamped the menu to be regionally and seasonally motivated and to include a Latin influence. The imaginative offerings pay homage to the local foodways, devoting itself to the fine combination of great mixology, good times and superior cuisine.
Embracing spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, The Lounge at Ocean2000 provides an oceanfront verandah and features small-plates with bold flavors, accompanied by a serious mixology program of Classic Reinvented Cocktails. Providing entertainment every Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., the Ocean2000 Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a libation in a relaxing rocking chair after indulging in toes-in-the-sand dining.
The newly appointed restaurant and lounge complement the premier seaside resort by providing a piece of paradise on the beach. Pelican Grand also boasts Fort Lauderdale’s only lazy river, as well as a zero entry pool and 500-foot private beach.
Ocean2000 is open Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 7 a.m. through 11 p.m., offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brunch is also offered on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
