The Pubbelly Group’s Culinary Director, Chef and Partner, Jose Mendin is getting into the spirit of National Burger Month by offering two special burgers throughout the month of May at Pubbelly and PB Steak, respectively.
Pubbelly will serve-up a decadent Pate Melt ($10,) a country pate patty topped with grilled onions and white cheddar cheese on toasty rye bread. PB Steak’s special burger will be the Black & Blue ($15) – prime Black Angus beef, Cabrales blue cheese and fig marmalade.
