New York City’s hottest burger restaurant, 5 Napkin Burger, opened its first South Florida eatery on Lincoln Road in South Beach on Thursday, June 16, 2011. Jam-packed for dinner since opening, the restaurant will begin serving lunch on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Hours now will be 11:30 a.m. until midnight Sundays through Wednesdays and until 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Since it debuted in 2008 in New York City, 5 Napkin Burger quickly became legendary as the only upscale restaurant devoted to the art of the hamburger. While the burgers may be the headliners, the diverse menu of expertly prepared American classics include sushi maki rolls, matzo ball soup, steak frites and fish & chips. The 5 Napkin beverage programs showcases a global selection of 50 wines and 80 beers, 10 signature cocktails, 40 bourbons and a host of decadent milk shakes and floats.
Miami Beach marks the fifth location for the restaurant, with three in New York and one recently opened in Boston. Located at 455 Lincoln Road on Miami Beach, the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily; Sunday brunch will debut later this summer.
