Featuring intimate alcoves throughout the dining room, Hakkasan is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic, Chinese style meal this Valentine’s Day. In addition to the regular á la carte menu, the restaurant will be offering a prix-fixe menu, served family-style and priced at $350 per couple. Dishes will include a Dim Sum sampler featuring Steamed Gold Leaf Har Gau; Steamed Mexican Abalone stuffed Shui Mai and Steamed Maine Lobster Flower Dumplings. Couples will enjoy Traditional Peking Duck, followed by Stir-fried Spicy Tiger Prawns with wild mushrooms; Wok-Fried Wagyu Beef with black pepper sauce; and Charcoal Grilled Honey Chilean Sea Bass. Chicken Fried Rice with mushrooms in lotus leaf will be served for the table. For dessert, lovers can indulge in a sinful Dark Chocolate Ganache with rose and red fruits.

Expertly crafted by critically-acclaimed chef Michael Mina, the meal will begin with an amuse bouche of Kusshi Oyster with truffled yuzu sabayon and thai lemongrass air, followed by a choice of first course, Le Caviar Tin – Layered Florida stone crab, lobster gelee, whipped crème fraiche and Petrossian Osetra caviar; or Cauliflower & Caviar – chilled Langostine en chemise, cauliflower panna cotta, parsley pistou and Black River Amber caviar. For the second course, couples can select from Foie Gras Terrine or White Alba Truffle Risotto with Nantucket Bay Scallops. Third course options include Butter Poached Maine Lobster & Kind Crab Ravioli; or English Channel Dover Sole. Next, lovers can savor Waygu Beef Tenderloin with lobster whipped pomme purée; or Moroccan Spiced Short Ribs. Indulgent desserts will include Beignets with 12 year aged Maccallan Caramel; or Chocolate Cake with peanut butter and malted coco ice cream. To accompany the cuisine, couples can select from a bottle of Ruinart, Blanc de Blanc or Reims. For $750 per couple, guests can upgrade their meal with bottle of Billecarte-Salmon Rosé. Appetizer selections will include Michael’s Tuna Tartare with Asian pear, pine nut, mint and sesame oil; Duck Spring Rolls; Lobster Corn Dogs; Artichoke Cesar; Hamachi Poppers or Waygu Beef Skewer. Featured entrées will include Hay Smoked Beef Tenderloin; Heritage Chicken; Black Cod-White Miso with udon noodles and mushroom broth; Grilled King Salmon; Truffle Carnaroli Risotto with Nantucket Bay Scallops; or Dry-aged Steak & Foie Gras Burger with Gouda and double-smoked bacon. The meal is priced at $499 per couple and will have seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. La Côte will also offer its popular “Once in a Bleau Moon” special for those who are looking to wine and dine their significant other this Valentine’s Day. Guests will indulge in a private dinner at the chic restaurant, with sweeping ocean views and the romantic sights of the Fontainebleau poolscape. Dinner for two is priced at $120 per couple for a four-course prix-fixe menu tableside; while $199 per couple includes the same menu, served in private cabana with champagne toast. The menu will begin with a choice between Baby Gem Lettuce with whipped feta, olive dust, toasted pine nuts and lemon oregano vinaigrette; Oysters on the Half Shell or Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata with balsamic semi gel and fresh basil. The second course will offer a choice of Grilled Prawns, Chickpea Fritters, or Crispy Duck Croquettes. An intermezzo of strawberry with Pimm’s Gelle and vanilla salt will be served. Third course options will include Seared Grouper with roasted tomatoes, Israeli cous cous and saffron beurre blanc; Charred Filet with truffle whipped potatoes and mushroom ragout; Fennel Crusted Chicken with creamy polenta, glazed carrots and lemon thyme jus; or Grilled Asparagus with quinoa, roasted baby beets and Banyuls vinaigrette. For dessert, diners can indulge in Apple Tart Tatin with pecan praline ice cream or Quattro Leches with salted caramel ice cream.

For the second course, guests will sample Wild Mushroom Ravioli with seared foie gras, celery root purée and aged Pecorino. The third course will feature Whole Roasted European Dover Sole with lemon confit, arugula, heirloom tomato and Champagne sauce. For the main course, diners will feast on Australian Wagyu with garlic fingerling potatoes, caramelized baby vegetables and Béarnaise sauce.
